Yeah, actually I’ve done it a few times, and it really depends on *what* you eat and *how intense* your workout is. Eating 30 minutes before exercising can be totally fine—as long as it’s something light and easy to digest.
For me, a banana or a small slice of toast with peanut butter works great. Gives me energy without making me feel heavy. But if I eat something greasy or too filling, I feel sluggish or even a bit nauseous while working out.
So yep, it’s advisable if you stick to light, quick carbs and maybe a little protein. Just don’t go in with a full meal; that’s asking for cramps
