It’s a training initiative by Alunjiva Indonesia in collaboration with ID Survey aimed at empowering women and people with disabilities in Balikpapan through developing their micro, small, and medium enterprises (UMKM). The program focuses on improving business skills, digital marketing, sustainability, and soft skills over a few days of in-person and online training, followed by personalized mentoring. About 23 participants were selected from 80 applicants. Supported by local government and organizations, the program strives to build an inclusive entrepreneurial ecosystem and help participants grow sustainable, competitive businesses.
