  1. One fear I’ve worked on overcoming is public speaking. It used to make me really nervous—heart racing, sweaty palms, the whole deal. But with practice, I learned to focus on the message and connecting with people rather than worrying about how I’m perceived. Now it feels way more manageable and even rewarding.

  2. For me, it was definitely the fear of public speaking. I used to get so nervous that my voice would shake and I’d forget what I wanted to say. But over time, I pushed myself to speak up more—whether it was in meetings or small groups—and bit by bit, that fear started losing its grip. Now, while I still get butterflies, I actually enjoy sharing ideas and connecting with people. Overcoming that fear opened up a whole new level of confidence I didn’t expect.

  3. One fear I’ve worked to overcome is the fear of not having the perfect answer, realizing it’s okay to not know everything, as long as you keep learning, listening, and showing up honestly. Perfection isn’t the goal—progress is.
