I’d love to have bird wings, imagine being able to just take off and fly wherever you want, feeling that freedom and seeing the world from above. Plus, no more traffic jams.
Another awesome pick would be echolocation, like bats or dolphins have. Imagine being able to “see” in total darkness or sense the shape and distance of things with sound alone. It’d be super useful in caves, underwater, or even just finding your way when the lights go out.
