I’m proud of finally kicking the habit of constantly checking my phone. It used to be this almost automatic thing—like, out of boredom or nervousness, I’d just scroll endlessly. Now, I’m way better at being present, whether that’s during conversations or just enjoying quiet moments. It’s made a surprising difference in how I focus and feel overall.
